Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on orders over ₹2,000 within our delivery areas. This offer applies to both Standard and Express shipping methods.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Biolastic products. If you're not satisfied, you can return items under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Custom orders and perishable items are not returnable
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods (food items with short shelf life)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Process
Receive RMA
We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
Ship Back
Pack items securely and ship them back with the RMA number
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- Shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Processing time: May take 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please take photos of the damaged items and packaging before discarding them.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services and will update this policy as international shipping becomes available.
